🔄 Return & Exchange Policy
You may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused, unlit, and in its original packaging

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Please contact us at info@lanor.ee before sending anything back — we’ll guide you through the process.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Used or lit candles

Custom or personalized items

Sale or clearance items (unless damaged on arrival)
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send us an email with:

A brief description of the issue

A photo of the item and the packaging

Your order number
We will either send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note:

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

You are responsible for return shipping unless the item was faulty
