All our candles are made from natural soy wax (or beeswax, depending on the collection), cotton wicks, and high-quality fragrance oils. We avoid paraffin and harmful additives to ensure a clean, eco-friendly burn.
2. Are your candles handmade?
Yes — every candle is hand-poured in small batches in our studio. We put care and attention into every piece to ensure quality and uniqueness.
3. Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Estonia and select EU countries. If your location is not listed at checkout, feel free to contact us — we’ll try to arrange delivery for you.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
5. Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes! We offer free local pickup in Tallinn. Just choose this option at checkout — we’ll contact you to arrange the time and details.

7. Are your candles safe to burn?
Absolutely. When used properly, our candles are safe for home use. We recommend:

Always trimming the wick to ~5mm before lighting

8. How strong are the scents?
Our candles are designed to offer a balanced, room-filling aroma — not overpowering, but noticeable. Some collections have lighter or stronger scent profiles, depending on the ingredients.
9. Can I return or exchange a candle?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, as long as the candle is unused and in original packaging.
Custom or personalized items are non-refundable.
